In the music scene, talent always comes at an early age. Maud only took her first singing lessons at the age of fifteen, has now completed the conservatory and gives music lessons herself. She is also successful as a performing singer and artist and more and more clients want to hire her for weddings, drinks and other events.

BIOGRAPHY

Maud Haarbrink was born on October 15, 1992 in Deventer. She came into contact with music from the age of five, when she was inspired by her mother and started singing in a children’s choir. Around the same age she starts playing the flute, which she likes very much. Later she makes the switch to the piano and takes piano lessons in a group.

The piano lessons have an unexpected side effect, because during the lesson the teacher encourages her to sing again and again. She no longer does that in the choir, because she has passed the age limit for it. This education also ensures that Maud continues to develop and grows into the versatile singer she is today.

Already during high school Maud realizes that music is her dreamed future. She decides to do the preparatory training for the conservatory in her last year of pre-university education, in order to increase the chance that she can go there after her high school. Twice a week she goes to the classes for this, which illustrates her strong will to succeed in the music world.

Her choice is not without consequence, because she is accepted at the ArtEZ Pop Academy in Enschede. Here she obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2016, after which she started training as a music teacher at the same conservatory. In the meantime, she performs frequently and an increasing number of clients want to hire her as a singer for events, (business) parties and other occasions.
