Singer Anne Budé is active in bands at home and abroad, writes her own songs as a singer-songwriter and has many years of stage experience. BIOGRAPHY OF ANNE BUDÉ

Anne Budé was born on October 7, 1991 in the Dutch village of Beek. According to her mother, she could sing rather than talk and on her first visit to primary school she immediately asks the microphone for a performance during a show. Her talent for singing is undeniable and she gradually develops it at a young age.

In high school, Anne’s performances take on more and more serious forms. She starts with bands and gains more and more experience performing for a large and unknown audience. She is also developing as a singer, although she finds herself in need of more theoretical training to support her natural talent.

This led to a move to Rotterdam and a registration for musicology at the University of Amsterdam. Here Anne specifically chooses the subjects that expand her palette as a singer, such as ear training and notation. Once she has acquired enough theoretical knowledge, she decides to continue her education at the ArtEZ Conservatory in Enschede.

She chooses pop music and because of the broad character she comes into contact with many different styles. It represents a giant leap in her development as a singer, because she learns to master various genres flawlessly and to give them her own twist. Something she still benefits from today when clients hire her for a party or event.

Anne is developing so well from a technical point of view that after completing her education she starts working as a teacher in singing technique. In addition, she regularly performs with a cover band abroad and sings her own songs under her own name. This broad experience ensures that she can optimally interpret almost any genre on stage.

This is especially useful at weddings, where different musical styles are often requested during moments such as the ceremony, dinner, reception and an evening party.
